We generally dispatch the available items 24 hours after order receipt. The contract of sale for the items ordered by you is deemed to be concluded with the dispatch of the items and subject to these General Terms and Conditions. We principally deliver to your private address via DPD. It is not possible to deliver poste restante or to a post-box. There is no minimum order value. Within Germany we charge a general shipping fee of EUR 3.90 for packages of up to a full 31 kg.
In any case, should your order not be available or only be partially available, we will inform you by e-mail.
Deliveries abroad are effected only against prepayment. Please calculate not only the value of the articles, but also the S&H costs as indicated for the respective country. Please note that additional customs duties may arise, as the case may be. Your local customs office will inform you accordingly.
3. Payment methods - domestic
a) Against prepayment.
If you wish to effect prepayment, you will after placing your order receive an e-mail with exact details concerning the total amount of your order, including S&H and packaging costs. Please do not transfer the total sum until receipt of the invoice.

b) Per DPD Cash On Delivery.
Upon delivery of the ordered items you pay the invoiced amount which also contains the COD charge of 8.50 € plus VAT (as of 04/2006). For legal reasons we are only allowed to deliver via COD to any persons still under 18 years of age.

5. Retention of title
In all cases, the goods remain in our property until full payment has been effected.
Subject to pricing errors and prior sale. Exclusively applicable shall be the prices in Euro, as stated in our Internet shop. All indicated prices contain the respective applicable VAT plus the general S&H costs, the amount of which can be found in our Internet shop.
Your order is subject to the applicable laws and regulations, according to which you are entitled as buyer to demand a supplementary performance for a merchandise defective upon delivery, such supplementary performance to be in the form of a removal of the defect or the delivery of a merchandise free of defects, i.e. the merchandise is repaired or substituted completely without difficulty. If unreasonably high costs should arise for your selected method of supplementary performance, we shall be entitled to reject the same and choose the other alternative provided it does not cause unreasonably high costs either.
The amount of our liability for warranty claims shall be limited exclusively to the value of the parts delivered by us. Further claims, particularly damage claims, are excluded.
According to the law the warranty period is two years after you receive the ordered items. Please note that any defects occurring must be immediately notified to us in writing; the original sales slip will always be required as well – so please keep it always safe.
We shall exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided these do not affect essential contracting duties or damages resulting from injuries to life, to the body or health, or any guarantees or claims pursuant to the Product Liability Act. The same applies to breaches of duty committed by our vicarious agents.
9. Complaints and claims
Colour divergences of red, blue or green anodized aluminium products cannot be excluded due to heat exposure and do not constitute any reason for complaint. Please file your claim, where you bought the articles - which is an easier, quicker and less bureaucratic way to process your complaint. Consequently, should you have ordered through mail order, please send the merchandise back to the same. If you have bought an article in a shop, please return it to this shop - this is very helpful. Important: In order to process your complaint, we will also need your sales slip. We can process complaints or effect repairs of defective goods only if the articles are clean and unspoiled!
10. Right of revocation
You shall be entitled to revoke your contract declaration within two weeks in text form (e.g. by a letter, telefax or e-mail) without giving reasons or by returning the object. The revocation period shall commence at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction note. For compliance with the revocation notice period the dispatch in time of the revocation or the object is deemed to be sufficient. The revocation is to be addressed to:
10.1 Consequences of the revocation
In the case of an effective revocation the mutually received performances are to be returned and emoluments taken (e.g. interest, benefits of use), if any, are to be surrendered. If you fail to be able to return the performance received wholly or partially or you can return it only in a deteriorated condition, you must, where necessary, pay to such extent compensation for value to us. In the case of surrender of objects, this shall not be applicable, if the deterioration of the object is exclusively attributable to its testing - as it would for example have been possible in a retail store. Otherwise you can avoid the duty to compensate for value by not making use of the object like an owner and to refrain from doing anything that would impair its value.
You have to bear the costs of the return shipment where the goods delivered comply with those ordered and provided the price of the returned goods does not exceed the amount of 40.00 Euros, or if in the case of a higher price of the object you have not yet effected the counter-performance by the time of the revocation or a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return shipment will be free of charge for you. You shall be obliged to reimburse any payments within a period of 30 days following the dispatch of your declaration of revocation.
1st case: The price of the merchandise does not exceed the limit of 40 Euros: You shall send back the merchandise to us at your own cost and we shall retransfer the full purchase price to you. In order to do so, please also advise your bank link. You shall determine the mode of shipment, but please bear in mind to also obtain a mailing receipt as proof for the return shipment. 2nd case: The price of the merchandise exceeds the limit of 40 Euros: In this case, please send us your revocation (e.g. via e-mail). Then, we will inform you about the mode of shipment. We will, of course, bear the return postage therefor, i.e. after the shipment is returned, we shall reimburse you for the full purchase price plus the return postage. In order to do so, please also advise your bank link. Please bear in mind to use the mode of shipment indicated by us.
Software, audio- and videotapes will only be taken back when sealed.
The right of revocation shall lapse upon the expiry of the revocation period, but latest should you expressly require the contractual performance to be rendered prior to the expiry of the revocation period or should you personally arrange for the performance to be rendered (execution of a service, download of software).
We are best available during the core time from Monday to Friday between 9.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Of course you can also reach us prior thereto and afterwards, but the flexitime offers a flexible organisation of working time to our employees.
Please keep your receipts! They are an important proof of your purchase in the case of complaints or, for the insurance company, in the case of theft. We save your orders. Should you loose your order documents, please contact us per e-mail/fax/phone. We will be pleased to send you a copy of the data contained in your order.
Where the private end consumer is not resident within the European Union, our business location will be the place of jurisdiction. As to our relation to end consumers within the European Union, also the law of the end consumer’s place of residence may apply if it refers to mandatory consumer rights provisions.
